Our Guarantee

We pride ourselves on our craftsmanship and the quality of leathers we use for our products. We guarantee the integrity of our leather watchbands for life*. This guarantee means that we will repair or replace any Red Monkey leather watch band that has been compromised at no charge, provided the leather has not been deliberately tampered with or unnaturally damaged. All other Red Monkey leather accessories are guaranteed against defects for one year from date of purchase*. The dyed or painted finish of our leather products will intentionally distress with age, and, therefore, is not guaranteed against surface wear and tear.

We offer a limited lifetime warranty on all Red Monkey watch faces*. This warranty means we will replace a watch face, at our cost, if proven defective. Accidental breakage and damage due to normal wear and tear are not covered by this warranty. For damaged watch faces, replacements (when available) may be purchased at a reduced price. We offer replacement watch batteries, at no charge, for the lifetime of the watch (shipping and handling charge may apply.)

Caring For Your Watch

Red Monkey watches may be polished using a soft, non-abrasive cloth. Our watches are intended for casual wear and are not designed for rigorous sports activities or extreme conditions. Red Monkey watch faces are water resistant, however, not waterproof. We, therefore, advise our customers to avoid exposing watch face to excessive water or moisture.

Caring For Leather

Red Monkey leathers will soften and distress with wear. To clean the leather, we recommend spot cleaning with a soft cloth and mild cleanser intended for use on leather. Avoid using water-based solvents and always check for color-fastness. As with all leather goods, avoid excessive exposure to water or moisture, which may cause the leather dry out. To preserve the look of painted leather items, avoid contact with objects that may scratch or chip the finish.
