Red Monkey leather accessories are custom built at our design studio in Los Angeles, California. Our items are not manufactured, but made-to-order and built by hand using the highest quality leathers. Each piece is carefully conditioned, hand-dyed or painted, and finished with lasting beauty and durability in mind.

Because our products are custom, hand-built to each individual order, it is normal to find variations in the colors and/or textures of the leather. You might find marks or slight discolorations. Some leathers may be smooth while others are rough. Much of this is taken care of in the tanning process, but sometimes small blemishes are missed. The inconsistency of the leather is what adds character to each piece. This is what we like most.

We hand-brand our name on each and every piece and stamp a monkey somewhere on it. We strive for perfection and the highest quality product, but the bottom line is that we like things a little rougher, a little worn, and very real. These attributes add character to each piece, which means every product is a one-of-a-kind and you will be the only one with it.
