As most Red Monkey items are custom made to order, we do not accept returns for refund. We do, however, offer exchanges within 60 days of purchase. Please see Exchanges below for more info.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items within 60 days of purchase, provided the item is unworn and in new, original condition, and accompanied by a copy of original receipt. Please note that custom-sized orders and items marked Final Sale/Clearance are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. If return item purchase price is more than exchange item purchase price and exceeds $20 in value, we will issue this difference as store credit. If this difference is less than $20, we will refund this amount to original credit card. Please email rmonkey@redmonkeydesigns.com with any questions or concerns.

A return shipping charge will apply for all exchanges, with the exception of defective items. Please contact rmonkey@redmonkeydesigns.com for more info or to receive a return shipping quote.

Repairs

We pride ourselves on our craftsmanship and the quality of leathers we use for our products. We guarantee the integrity of our leather watchbands for life*. This guarantee means that we will repair or replace any Red Monkey leather watch band that has been compromised at no charge, provided the leather has not been deliberately tampered with or unnaturally damaged. All other Red Monkey leather accessories are guaranteed against defects for one year from date of purchase*. The dyed or painted finish of our leather products will intentionally distress with age, and, therefore, is not guaranteed against surface wear and tear.

We offer a limited lifetime warranty on all Red Monkey watch faces*. This warranty means we will replace a watch face, at our cost, if proven defective. Accidental breakage and damage due to normal wear and tear are not covered by this warranty. For damaged watch faces, replacements (when available) may be purchased at a reduced price. We offer replacement watch batteries, at no charge, for the lifetime of the watch (shipping and handling charge may apply.)

*Items marked Final Sale or Clearance do not apply and are covered by a 60 day warranty against defects only.
