Order Processing and Shipment

Red Monkey accessories are hand-built and made-to-order. For this reason, general processing time for orders is approximately 2-3 weeks (Standard Orders). Rush Orders, when available, will process within 1 week (5 business days). Please be sure to allow for processing and additional delivery times.

Standard Orders process and ship 2 - 3 weeks after order date.

Rush Orders process and ship 1 week (5 business days) after order date.

Holiday Rush Orders

For Guaranteed Delivery by December 24th*

Ground shipments - order by December 10
2nd Day Air shipments - order by December 13
Next Day Air shipments - order by December 14

Shipping to the US

Orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS). Ground shipment (1-5 business days) is available within the lower 48 states only. Expedited services, 2nd Day Air (2 business days) and Next Day Air (1 business day), are available at check out. We do not ship to APO addresses or PO Boxes.

Shipping to Canada

Orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS). Standard (3-7 business days), Worldwide Expedited (2-5 business days), or Worldwide Express (1-2 business days) is available at check out. Any duties and taxes incurred are the responsibility of the recipient and are payable upon receipt of the goods.

International Shipping

Orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS). Worldwide Expedited (2-5 business days) or Worldwide Express (1-2 business days) service is available at check out. Any duties and taxes incurred are the responsibility of the recipient and are payable upon receipt of the goods.

Shipping Confirmation

For all orders, you will be emailed at time of shipment with shipping confirmation and UPS tracking number.
